Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all online training courses and consultancy services offered by QP. By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept these terms in full.

Core Refund Eligibility Rule

If a participant has completed 2 (two) training classes AND/OR 1 (one) full day of consultancy, the total fee becomes strictly non-refundable.

This threshold applies whether the classes/consultancy are taken consecutively or separately within the same enrollment.

When You ARE Eligible for Refund

A full or partial refund can be requested only if both of the following conditions are met:

• You have attended less than 2 training classes (i.e., 0 or 1 class only).
• You have utilized less than 1 full day of consultancy (i.e., only a partial day or no consultancy at all).

In such cases, the refund will be processed as per the timeline below, minus a nominal administrative charge (if applicable).

Example of eligible refund: A student attends only the first training class and then requests cancellation before the second class begins – and has not used any consultancy day. This qualifies for a refund (subject to admin fee).

When Fee Becomes NON-REFUNDABLE

Once the threshold is crossed, the entire fee is forfeited. No partial refunds, credits, or transfers will be entertained.

Training Threshold: Completion of 2 classes (live or recorded access marked as attended).

Consultancy Threshold: Utilization of 1 full consultancy day (or 8 cumulative hours).

Refund Request Procedure

1. 1 Submit written request via email to refund@qplearning.com with your enrollment ID, and clearly state the reason.
2. 2 Verification: Our team will verify your class attendance and consultancy usage within 3 business days.
3. 3 Confirmation: If eligible, you'll receive a confirmation and refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Additional Important Terms

• Admin Fee: A 5% administrative charge may be deducted from eligible refunds to cover payment processing.
• Bundle Packages: If training + consultancy is purchased as a bundle, the thresholds still apply independently as stated above.
• No-show policy: Missing a scheduled class without prior notice (24h) counts as attendance for refund threshold purposes.
• Transfer Exception: At QP's sole discretion, you may be allowed to transfer remaining sessions to another batch instead of refund, if requested before the threshold.
